Web, CRO and SEO role at the world’s leading learning company.

Strategy and operations for 7 websites – optimising user journeys through A/B testing and continuous development.


  • Built and launched 4 websites partnering with universities
  • 84.28% increase in conversion rate on average across 7 websites
  • Incremental web developments resulted in improvements to the Google Lighthouse scores – 83/100 on average across the 7 websites
  • Call-to action test resulted in conversions doubling: 3.27% (original 1.46%)


ACCA (the Association of Chartered Certified Accountants)

Growth marketing role for a financial literacy product centered around improving conversions on a microsite. The product won six industry awards, featured in the FT and gained 200,000 enrolments in 81 countries in 18 months.

Also at ACCA I managed the organic and paid content creation for a  global community of over one million people.

Managed the content strategy for an Australian and New Zealand travel retail client,which won them ‘Best Single Social Media Marketing Campaign’ in an industry award – ‘The Moodies’.
